After eight months of research and evaluation, a consultant made recommendations on how CEI could become more diverse, equitable and inclusive in all areas. A three-year DEI plan was then developed based on these recommendations. The most common highest grade level for employees at CEI is a bachelor's degree, with 83 percent of employees having at least a bachelor's degree.
